Maintenance Technician - Commercial (MT)

The Maintenance Technician supports the Chief Engineer to maintain, preserve, and enhance the physical properties managed by InCity. Commercial Real Estate Manager (REM)

The Commercial Real Estate Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the strategic and operational goals of our commercial portfolio. Supporting the VP of Commercial Real Estate, you will manage day-to-day asset performance, including financial oversight, leasing, tenant relations, and property upkeep. You will also lead key projects, collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, and serve as a trusted point of escalation for all property-related matters. The Leasing Agent (LA) will lead the efforts in the advertising, marketing and execution of new residential leases. The position is responsible for ensuring an occupied building through new leases, achieving at-market rental rates, and providing a positive experience for the prospects and new tenants.
